Major topics documented in the ISRT series are the Respiratory Care Practice Act and the Illinois Nursing Act under consideration by the state legislature in 1985, and licensure of the Society members. The AART series includes the American Respiratory Therapy Foundation File (1984-1986) which contains ARTF articles of incorporation, board minutes, budgets, audits, tax status reports, scholarships, grants, awards, correspondence and special projects files.
